Healthcare professionals are one of the most difficult to interview respondent groups of the population. Talking to them often requires innovative approaches and outstanding levels of professionalism – a challenge which ICM often rises to.
We regularly interview Nurses, GPs, specialist consultants and Pharmacists as well as all types of patients and use a variety of online and offline interview techniques to do so.
