At ICM Qualitative we offer web and online concept testing and evaluation services. Rather than a traditional ‘laboratory’ we explore further how website concepts address users’ needs, behaviours and approaches.
Using observational techniques, usability tasks, video footage and eyetracking we can uncover the emotions websites engender and the match between your design vision and the users expectations.
