Traditionally, research has been conducted by interviewers face-to-face or by telephone.  The internet presents a completely new way of gathering information from respondents.

Start-up online research companies have done all they can to convince clients that online fieldwork is the answer to every research problem.  We believe that clients require answers from research that they can rely on and that helps them achieve their own business goals. 

To meet these demands our Business Sector consultants need to be able to apply the most appropriate methodology (whether qualitative or quantitative, face-to-face, telephone or online).
