HOW WE INTERVIEW
Sophisticated and busy respondents are willing to give their views, but increasingly wish to choose the time and method of response. Our interviewing software enables our interviewers to switch between mode of interview (for example from telephone to on-line) at any time during an interview, and willing respondents can log on and complete an interview started by telephone at a more convenient time.
Or we can offer respondents a choice of response method at the outset of an interview.
These approaches increase the response rates achievable on surveys, particularly those requiring interviews with hard to reach groups, such as IT managers, senior businessmen or MP’s.
